For our Pro Package clients, our team will always let you know before they begin working on a request if they believe it will require more time than what’s alloted or remaining in your monthly retainer and what they estimate that to be. Upon the completion of any task or request, our Pro Package clients will always be notified of the amount of time which a request took as well as the time remaining in your retainer or the time which exceeded your retainer. Our Core Package clients will always be given an estimate before we begin work on any request. Once a request is completed, you will also be notified of the actual time which the task(s) took.
