- On the left hand navigation within the WordPress backend, hover over Forms and select Forms.
- You will now see the full list of forms on your website.
- Hover over the form you wish to edit & hover over Settings. Then select Notifications from the drop down options.
- You will now see all notifications related to this form.
- Hover over notification name (i.e. Admin Notification) and select Edit.
- From this view you can edit the following:
- Name of Notification
- Send to Email (internal recipients of the form — add email addresses here separated by commas)
- From Name & Email
- Reply To Email
- BCC Field
- Subject Line Test
- Email Message (content of email)
- The drop down icons to the right of every field will list the short codes to include items that are included within the form submission itself.
- Scroll down to select Update Notification to save.
