How do I edit what emails form submissions are sent to?

  1. On the left hand navigation within the WordPress backend, hover over Forms and select Forms.
  2. You will now see the full list of forms on your website.
  3. Hover over the form you wish to edit & hover over Settings. Then select Notifications from the drop down options.
  4. You will now see all notifications related to this form.
  5. Hover over notification name (i.e. Admin Notification) and select Edit.
  6. From this view you can edit the following:
    1. Name of Notification
    2. Send to Email (internal recipients of the form — add email addresses here separated by commas)
    3. From Name & Email
    4. Reply To Email
    5. BCC Field
    6. Subject Line Test
    7. Email Message (content of email)
  7. The drop down icons to the right of every field will list the short codes to include items that are included within the form submission itself.
  8. Scroll down to select Update Notification to save.
